How Can We Help?
You can cancel an appointment from the Orxy Cloud Store Manager Appointments page. When an appointment is cancelled a mail is being sent to both the resource and the lead that the appointment is cancelled.
To cancel an appointment, do the following;
- Go to LeadCenter.AI Store Manager page
- Click on Appointments
The Appointments page is displayed.
- Select and click on the appointment to be cancelled
- Click on to cancel the appointment.
The cancel appointment dialog box is displayed.
- Enter the Cancellation Reason and click
A success message will be displayed “Appointment cancelled successfully!“
