You can cancel an appointment from the Orxy Cloud Store Manager Appointments page. When an appointment is cancelled a mail is being sent to both the resource and the lead that the appointment is cancelled.

To cancel an appointment, do the following;

  1. Go to LeadCenter.AI Store Manager page 
  2. Click on Appointments 
    The Appointments page is displayed.
  3. Select and click on the appointment to be cancelled
  4. Click on  to cancel the appointment.
    The cancel appointment dialog box is displayed.
  5. Enter the Cancellation Reason and click  

    A success message will be displayed “Appointment cancelled successfully!
