How to Configure Personal Profile

This guide walks you through how to access and edit your Personal Profile in LeadCenter.ai. Your personal profile contains key information that controls how your name, email, time zone, and signature appear throughout the platform.


1. Accessing Your Personal Profile

To open your personal profile:

  1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of the LeadCenter screen.
  2. Select Personal Profile from the dropdown menu.

This opens the Personal Profile Page, where you can view and edit your personal details.


2. Updating Your Personal Information

Within your profile, you can modify several key fields:

  • Title – Add or update your professional title (e.g., Financial Advisor, Client Relationship Manager).
  • Email Address – Update your business email. Note: The email you enter here is also used as your login email.
  • Time Zone – Select your correct time zone to ensure accurate scheduling across your public calendar and appointment reminders.

Profile Picture

You can upload or update your profile picture, which will appear:

  • In your public calendar (visible to clients when booking meetings).
  • In internal communication areas within LeadCenter.

3. Setting Your Email Signature

You can configure your email signature here. This signature is automatically added to all emails you send directly from LeadCenter, including:

  • Contact emails
  • Appointment confirmations
  • Marketing communications

To add your signature:

  1. Scroll to the Email Signature field.
  2. Enter or paste your desired signature text (you may include your name, title, company, and contact information).
  3. Click Save when finished.

4. Managing Security Settings

Change Password

You can update your password from this page.

  • To change your password, you’ll need to enter your current password.
  • If you’ve forgotten your password, click Forgot Password on the LeadCenter login page after logging out.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

You can also enable two-factor authentication (2FA) for enhanced account security.

  • 2FA may be required at the account level (if enforced by your administrator).
  • If not already required, you can enable it for your profile individually from this page.

5. Company and Integration Details

You can enter your company name—for example, Consoda Wealth Management—so it appears consistently across your account.

Additionally, under the Location Menu, you can connect your:

  • Work Email
  • Calendar (Outlook, Google, or Redtail)
  • Zoom Account

6. Saving Your Changes

After updating your personal details, click the Save button at the bottom of the page to apply all changes.
