How to Manage Events and Seminars in LeadCenter

LeadCenter offers a powerful event and seminar module that goes far beyond simple record keeping — it fully automates event creation, registration, communication, and reporting.


Overview of the Event and Seminar Module

Unlike most CRMs, where event management is limited to basic data entry, LeadCenter enables you to:

  • Create and manage events directly within the platform.
  • Automatically generate event landing pages and registration forms.
  • Embed event listings on your website using an iFrame.
  • Automate emails, reminders, and follow-ups for attendees.
  • Track spending and performance metrics through event reports.

This automation eliminates manual work and ensures consistent attendee communication before, during, and after every event.


Accessing the Events Page

To access your events:

  1. Open the Events module from the LeadCenter menu.
  2. This opens the Events and Seminars page, which lists all your scheduled and past events.
  3. From here, click the Actions menu in the upper-right corner.
  4. Select Event Public Link to view the public events page.

Embedding the Public Events Link on Your Website

Each account includes a public events link that can be embedded on your website.

  • Click Event Public Link to open it.
  • Copy the provided iFrame code and paste it into your website.

This automatically displays all your upcoming seminars and allows visitors to register directly through your site.

Visitors can:

  • Filter events by category or location.
  • Click on each event to view its details, agenda, and description.

Event Registration Form

Each event in LeadCenter includes a dedicated registration form that captures:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email
  • Phone number

Attendees can also:

  • Add up to three guests,
  • Specify their relationship, and
  • Provide each guest’s contact details.

You can further customize registration forms by adding your own custom questions — covered in a separate tutorial.


Automated Event Workflows

One of LeadCenter’s greatest strengths is its built-in event automation.

Each event includes a registration workflow that automatically manages communications with attendees.

When you open an event and navigate to the Email Confirmation page, you’ll see the default workflow, which includes:

  • Confirmation emails when someone registers.
  • Waitlist emails if the event reaches full capacity.
  • Confirmation follow-ups when attendance is approved.

Each step in the workflow can trigger a specific email template, which you can select or customize from the Email Template Builder.


Automated Reminders

LeadCenter allows you to schedule event reminders automatically via email or SMS.

Reminders can be sent:

  • 3 days before the event,
  • 24 hours before,
  • 2 hours before, or
  • 15 minutes before.

You can use built-in templates or create custom text and email templates for each reminder interval.


Tracking Event Spending and ROI

LeadCenter also lets you track event-related expenses, which automatically feed into your event ROI reports.

You’ll be able to:

  • View how much was spent per event,
  • Measure conversion rates, and
  • Analyze overall return on investment directly in the Events Reports section.

Post-Event Automation and Follow-Ups

After an event ends, you can configure automated follow-up emails.

For example:

  • Send a thank-you email one day after the event.
  • Trigger different follow-ups based on attendee status (attended, canceled, or no-show).
  • Automatically send appointment reminders if an attendee requested a meeting during registration.

If an attendee is already in your sales pipeline, LeadCenter can trigger stage-specific follow-up messages — for example, sending a discovery call reminder to leads at that stage.


Tracking Speakers and Performance

You can also assign speakers to events.
Speaker data is tracked in reports, allowing you to compare conversion performance by speaker, helping identify which presenters are driving the most engagement and client conversions.
