How to Use the Event Attendees Report

Hello, my name is Chris. In this article, you'll get an overview of the Event Attendees Report in LeadCenter.
This report gives you detailed insights into event participation, attendance behavior, and how attendees connect to your sales pipeline.

Accessing the Event Attendees Report

To open the Event Attendees Report:

  • Go to the Reports page.
  • Click Events.
  • Scroll down and select Event Attendees Report.

Make sure to select a date range that includes scheduled events.
For example:

  • Choose Last Year.
  • Click Apply to load all the events that took place during that period.

What the Report Shows

The Event Attendees Report provides a detailed list of all attendees, organized by their registration status, such as:

  • Attended
  • Canceled
  • No Show

It also includes a breakdown of each event category, along with percentage distributions for:

  • Attendees
  • No Shows
  • Cancellations

The report is divided into four main sections for easier navigation and analysis.

1. Filter Section

The Filter Section allows you to customize which events are shown.
By default, the report displays only completed events.

To view all events, whether scheduled, completed, or canceled:

  • Adjust the Event Status dropdown to include those options.

You can also apply additional filters to narrow your view.
Example:
To focus on a specific event type, such as Retirement Workshop, select it from the Event Type filter.
This refines the results to show only those events and their attendees.

2. Summary Cards

The second section includes Top-Level Summary Cards, which display metrics such as:

  • Total Number of Events
  • Total Registrations
  • Total Attendees
  • No Shows
  • Cancellations
  • Appointment Requests
  • Scheduled Appointments

These summary cards combine data from both the Events Table and the Event Attendees Table to give you a comprehensive view of engagement.

3. Attendee Charts

Below the summary cards, you’ll find two key charts:

  1. Attendees by Source – Displays which marketing channels or lead sources brought in attendees.
This data pulls from the Sales Pipeline.
  2. Attendees by Stage – Shows where attendees currently are in your Sales Pipeline, helping you understand how far they’ve progressed after the event.

These charts provide visual insights into how well your events are driving movement through the sales funnel.

4. Detailed Attendee List

Scrolling further down, you’ll find a detailed list of attendees, their events, and their corresponding Pipeline Stage.
This gives you a quick breakdown of:

  • How many attendees from each event fall into each sales stage
  • Which events are most effective at progressing leads toward becoming clients

This section provides a three-dimensional view that connects event performance directly to your contact pipeline.

At the very bottom, the report displays the full attendee dataset — the raw source data behind the summary cards and charts above.

Wrapping Up

The Event Attendees Report in LeadCenter helps you:

  • Analyze attendance trends across all events
  • Understand engagement patterns by event type and source
  • Track how attendees move through your sales pipeline

It’s a powerful tool for connecting event outcomes with lead and client conversions.

Thank you!
