Overview of Contact Details Page
Hello! In this guide, you’ll learn about the Contact Details page in LeadCenter.ai — where you can view, manage, and interact with individual contacts. This page centralizes all client information, communication history, and activity in one place.
1. Accessing the Contact Details Page
There are several ways to open a contact’s record:
- From the Sales Pipeline or Contacts page.
- Using the Global Search at the top of the screen.
For example, type the contact’s first name in the search bar. When the results appear, click on the contact’s name to open their full details page.
2. Layout Overview
The Contact Details page is divided into multiple sections:
Left-Side Menu
This is your navigation panel for everything related to the contact.
It includes:
- Overview
- Financials
- Financial Questionnaire (FQ)
- Catchlight (if integrated)
- Appointments
- Accounts
- Documents
- Notes
- Events
- Tasks
- Workflows
- Custom Fields
Under Communications, you’ll find:
- Emails
- Forms
- Phone Calls
- Text Messages
Under Miscellaneous, you’ll see:
- Duplicate Contacts
- Audit Log
3. Header and Action Bar
At the top of the Contact Details page, you’ll see:
- Contact ID
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Call Button – Click to place a call directly.
- Actions Menu – Click the three dots (…) to open key actions like:
- Add Note
- Create Account
- Add Task
- Send Email
- Send Text
These quick-access tools make it easy to engage with your contact directly from their record.
4. Overview Section
The Overview section provides a summary of key information about the contact.
Important Information
Here you’ll find:
- Email and phone verification indicators (showing if they’re valid).
- Sales pipeline stage and category.
- Lead source and campaign.
- Capture medium (e.g., form, phone, ad).
- Contact owner and creation date.
- Client status (active, terminated, etc.).
If your LeadCenter account is integrated with Wealthbox or Redtail, you’ll see:
- Push status (Yes/No).
- The contact’s CRM ID (clickable to open in the external system).
You’ll also see duplicate contact alerts, including duplicate IDs and current pipeline stages.
5. Tabs and Detailed Sections
Below the overview, you’ll find multiple tabs with in-depth information:
- Contact Information: Displays core details like name, email, marital status, company, and phone intelligence. If the contact came through a form, form intelligence will appear here as well.
- Upcoming Activities: Lists upcoming tasks or appointments.
- Activity Tab: Shows a full history of interactions (emails, notes, texts, calls).
- Family Tab: Displays family relationships and household structures.
- Know Your Client (KYC): Includes extended information like identification, employment, health, and miscellaneous details.
If a contact has been terminated, you’ll see:
- Termination Reason
- Termination Date
- Client Since date
6. Managing Contact Data
To edit any field:
- Click the Edit button on the top-right corner of the card.
- Update the details (e.g., phone, email, client status).
- Click Save to apply changes.
To add a new field or entry (like a new email or phone number):
- Click Add.
- Select the field type (e.g., Email, Phone).
- Enter the new details and save.
If you want to customize dropdown fields (like Termination Reason):
- Click the link below the dropdown to open Settings, where you can add new options.
7. Accounts, Notes, Tasks & Workflows
From the left-hand menu, you can open:
- Accounts: View all financial or investment accounts linked to this contact.
- Notes: Read or add internal notes.
- Tasks: Manage assigned or completed tasks.
- Workflows: See all workflows that have run for this contact.
Each section provides its own filtering and sorting tools for quick navigation.
