How to Use Production Reports
This guide provides a complete overview of Production Reports in LeadCenter.ai, explaining how to use each report, the filters available, and what insights they provide.
1. Introduction to Production Reports
To access Production Reports:
- Go to the Reports page.
- Click on Production.
You’ll find three main production reports:
- Issued Production Report
- Pending and Forecasted Production Report
- Single Advisor Report
Each report focuses on a different stage of the production process and provides analytical tools to evaluate business performance.
2. Issued Production Report
The Issued Production Report shows all production data for accounts with “Issued” status, filtered by the Issued Date.
Key Features:
- Displays filters at the top, aggregated data, charts, maps, and a detailed list of accounts.
- The Account Issued Date is the most important field, as it determines which accounts appear in the report.
- To adjust the reporting period:
- Click the Date Filter.
- Select a date range (e.g., January 1, 2024 – Present).
- Click Apply.
Available Filters:
- Sources – e.g., filter by Referrals, Marketing Campaigns, or Seminars.
- Business Type – e.g., filter by AUM (Assets Under Management).
- Pipeline Status – choose to show contacts in or outside the sales pipeline.
- Client Type – separate new business from existing clients based on the contact’s Closed Date.
Key Calculations:
- Estimated Revenue is automatically calculated using AUM Fees configured in LeadCenter.
- New vs. Existing Clients:
- If the contact’s closed date and account issued date occur in the same year → New Business.
- If the contact was closed in a prior year but has new issued accounts this year → Existing Client Production.
Interactive Chart Filtering:
- You can click directly on a chart component (e.g., an advisor’s name) to filter the entire report dynamically.
- Click again to remove the filter and return to the full view.
3. Pending and Forecasted Production Report
The Pending and Forecasted Production Report provides a broader view, including:
- Issued, Pending, Forecasted, and Cancelled accounts.
Key Difference:
- This report is filtered by the Application Sign Date, not the Issued Date.
- This allows early tracking of pipeline production before accounts are finalized.
Layout and Pages:
- The top filters are similar to the Issued Production Report.
- It includes two additional pages:
a. By Advisor
- Displays Issued, Pending, and Forecasted production per advisor.
- Breaks down results by Advisor, Business Type, Quarter, and Source.
b. By Type
- Groups production data by Business Type — e.g., AUM, Fixed Annuities, Fixed Index Annuities.
- Functions the same as the Advisor view but organizes data by product type instead of person.
This report provides visibility into projected revenue and pending deals, helping you monitor your sales funnel more effectively.
4. Single Advisor Report
The Single Advisor Report is an advisor-specific dashboard that only the assigned advisor can access.
Key Components:
- Production Page – Displays the advisor’s Issued, Pending, and Forecasted production totals.
- Commission Page – Shows the commissions earned from production.
- First Appointment Page – Tracks appointments set and kept, along with conversion rates.
Purpose:
This personalized report allows advisors to:
- Track their performance.
- Measure conversion from meetings to sales.
- View commissions and issued production metrics in one place.
