Plan price is based on number of contacts and email sends. You can send up to 10 times the highest number of contacts in your contact pricing tier during a given billing cycle. For example, if you're in the 0-500 contact tier, your email send allowance is 10 X 500 = 5,000 email sends.
Overage fees are assessed at $0.002 for every send over the maximum send allowance. A send is defined as an email per contact. For example, for every 1,000 sends over the monthly allowance, there will be a $2 fee. Below is the Tiered pricing.
